As a pricing supervisor or associate manager within the Commercial Lines Pricing organization, you will partner with leadership across Product Management, R&D, and Control to influence rates in the Commercial Auto business.

You will oversee implementations to state product design, rate level indication analysis, and our rate revision process.

Qualifications

• Six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field and a minimum of three years property casualty insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing implementations to state product design and rate level indication analysis.
• Manage and revise rate processes and contribute to the rate revision workflow.
• Develop and mentor analysts on the pricing team while partnering with Product Management/R&D/Control.

As a pricing supervisor or associate manager, within the Commercial Lines Pricing organization, you'll partner with leadership across Product Management/R&D/Control, and make recommendations that directly impact rates in our industry-leading Commercial Auto business. You'll oversee implementations to state product design, rate level indication analysis, and our rate revision process. You’ll play an important role in developing the analysts on your team while influencing others across Commercial Lines.

This is a remote position.

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of three years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)

• Pricing and/or product experience.
• Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture.

Compensation

• $81,400 - $108,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
