Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related field; pricing experience in a two-sided marketplace is preferred.
• Advanced fluency in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans and guide others to clarity.

Responsibilities

• Pricing Diagnostics & Analytics: Drive pricing reviews to understand performance against growth and profitability goals.
• Insight Generation & Recommendation: Lead research on pricing opportunities and build clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Program Execution: Run end-to-end initiatives, coordinate with partners, and ensure pricing changes are brought to market effectively.
