Turo Inc. is hiring a Marketplace Strategy & Operations Manager - Pricing in San Francisco. You will drive pricing reviews, generate actionable insights, and lead end-to-end initiatives that improve profitability while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

The role requires 5–7+ years in strategy/operations/analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to convert data into clear, executive-ready recommendations. This is a hybrid in-office role.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or related fields.
• Pricing experience in a two-sided marketplace or tech-enabled platform preferred.
• Advanced fluency in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for leadership.
• Understanding of how decisions impact P&L and growth levers.
