Job summary

Charter Next Generation is seeking a pricing leader to drive pricing strategy and execution across products and customer segments. You will partner with commercial and functional teams to optimize price, monitor margins, and implement repeatable processes that support growth.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options in Chicago or Lexington.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business/finance or related field.
5+ years in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or related role in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments.
3+ years in packaging industry related to film extrusion and/or converting.
Ability to translate pricing strategy into actionable recommendations and execution.
Experience with commodity costs, index-based pricing, or input volatility.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing initiatives with commercial leaders and functional teams to optimize price and margin.
Develop and document pricing standards, processes, and escalation guidelines.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations on pricing decisions and trade-offs.
Create pricing analytics, dashboards, and metrics to track price realization and margin trends.
Support continuous improvement of pricing capabilities and tooling.
