This highly visible and collaborative role will serve as a strategic partner to the OIPM leadership team and support the continued growth and evolution of the organization. The position will focus on strengthening scalability, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance across OIPM. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic, analytical, and business planning capabilities, along with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Success in this role requires navigating complex challenges, influencing executive-level discussions, and operating effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes for Fund Operations and related functions, ensuring alignment with OIPM and firmwide priorities.
  • Lead large-scale business transformation and change management initiatives focused on scalability, operational effectiveness, organizational alignment, sustainable growth, and business process improvement.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, success metrics, and accountability.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align business priorities, drive decision-making, and ensure successful execution across functions.
  • Oversee OIPM's strategic initiative portfolio, ensuring resources, investments, and priorities align with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Provide executive governance and oversight for critical business initiatives, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, measurable outcomes, consistency, transparency, and accountability across OIPM and the COO organization.

  • Synthesize complex operational, financial, and business data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior executives.
  • Conduct strategic analyses of new business opportunities, including market assessments, competitive benchmarking, financial modeling, and operational impact evaluations.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and oversee acquisition integration strategies, ensuring seamless transitions and realization of business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, performance reporting frameworks, governance standards, execution frameworks, and performance management processes, while building deep expertise in the firm's operating model, organizational structure, business processes, systems, data, and key value drivers.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (MBB or Tier 2), business transformation, strategic finance, corporate development, or a related leadership role within a high-growth organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
  • Direct experience within private markets, alternative investments, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or another highly regulated and operationally complex industry, including fund operations
  • Deep understanding of fund managers (GPs), investment products, fund structures, investor servicing models, operating environments, operational risk, control frameworks, regulatory environments, and scalable operating practices
  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, build consensus, and align diverse stakeholders around common goals, priorities, and business outcomes
  • Proven success leading large-scale strategic and cross-functional initiatives, organizational transformations, operating model enhancements, and organizational change through influence rather than direct authority
  • Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, performance management processes, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, business cases, and measurable outcomes

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
