Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group seeks a Pricing Manager in Lincoln, MA / Wakefield, MA to lead end-to-end pricing strategy for BD, Capture, and proposals. You will develop full pricing solutions, ensure compliance with government requirements, and align labor categories and costbuild methodology with internal structures.

The role collaborates across Operations, Contracts, FP&A, and Program Control, delivering pricing products for successful submissions and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret.
• Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Years of Experience: 5+ years.
• Certifications: N/A.
• Proficient in ProPricer and Excel.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS pricing principles.
• Experience with market data (BLS, ERI).

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Pricing Development for Prime and Subcontractor proposals.
• Create and maintain Pricing Workbooks, BOE narratives, price breakouts, and CLIN structures.
• Interpret Government RFPs and coordinate clarifications with internal teams and Government customers.
• Prepare pricing content for Gate Reviews and PTW analyses.
• Manage Subcontractor pricing and data calls; evaluate proposals for compliance and competitiveness.
• Conduct ERI/BLS market data research and map salaries for pricing.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing deliverables.
• Maintain and improve pricing process documentation and implement ProPricer integration.
