This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to elevate pricing literacy and performance across 18+ facilities, with equity participation and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or related role in manufacturing/B2B.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and development.
• Experience leading pricing or commercial process change that was adopted.
• Experience with quoting, RFP, or bid processes in B2B/mfg.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop pricing specialists for quotes, RFPs, and pricing support.
• Set expectations, service levels, and quality standards for quote/RFP turnaround.
• Manage team workload and capacity against demand; ensure cross-coverage.
• Develop team’s analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Act as escalation point for complex pricing and RFP situations.
