Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–11 years of experience required.
• Master's degree preferred with 12–14 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing bands and pricing frameworks aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market research and customer feedback to identify price enhancement opportunities.
• Coordinate with product managers, inside sales and sales to define price bands and requirements.
• Benchmark pricing strategies against industry standards and competitors; identify improvements.
• Advise senior leadership on market trends, pricing impacts, and data-driven recommendations.
• Coach team members on pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies.
• Implement systems to streamline pricing operations and improve pricing accuracy and transparency.
