Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategy and analytics across its portfolio of brands in North America. The role focuses on pricing performance, deal support, and commercial decision-making, collaborating with price, BI, and revenue growth teams.

The candidate will build analytical models, develop pricing recommendations, and deliver executive-ready reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Strong communication and multi-brand collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, BI, or related analytical function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in SQL; Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analyses across customers, suppliers, products, and brands to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop, execute, and improve pricing strategies, price lists, and methodologies.
• Monitor pricing performance and explain drivers behind results.
• Build business cases and models to support pricing actions and strategic decisions.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc pricing and margin reporting for leadership.
