Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst in San Antonio to develop and implement pricing strategies for the construction and equipment sector. You will model pricing opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to maximize profitability and market share.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to craft industry-specific pricing plans, monitor effectiveness, and adjust as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field required.
• Three or more years of related experience required; eight or more years preferred.
• Experience in pricing analysis within the construction/equipment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains pricing models to support pricing decisions.
• Analyzes sales data and customer behaviors to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
• Collaborates with sales, marketing, and finance to develop pricing strategies.
