Focus in Texas is seeking a Pricing & Contracts Analyst to serve as the primary authority on pricing and product questions, analyze input-cost data, and recommend quarterly adjustments. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing strategies.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to align pricing with contracts and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 4+ years of business experience in Marketing/Product/Operations.
• Experience with a metal fabrication company preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel essential; SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority for pricing questions and product terms.
• Analyze input-cost data and recommend quarterly surcharge rates and base price adjustments.
• Manage customer-specific pricing agreements and quarterly compliance reviews.
• Develop pricing strategies, price points, quantity breaks, and scenario modeling.
• Support cross-functional teams in product and pricing initiatives.
