Job summary

Velera seeks a Pricing Consultant to lead pricing development and deal-level P&L analysis across core lines of business. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Client Growth Management to craft competitive pricing and support renewals and new business.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CPQ and Salesforce, and a track record of advising senior leadership on pricing strategy. This is a remote-friendly position with travel less than 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Master’s degree in business preferred; professional certifications encouraged.
• 7+ years in finance or pricing; strong pricing theory and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing development and P&L analysis for core lines and solutions.
• Create pricing proposals for renewals and net new sales.
• Develop complex financial analyses and pro forma models.
• Present pricing and value propositions to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor pricing analysts and optimize pricing processes.
• Travel less than 5% as needed.
