Job summary

CME Group seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy and market health across derivatives markets in Chicago. You will conduct quantitative analysis, study market structure trends, and evaluate pricing actions to drive revenue growth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Python/R/SQL, and collaboration with Finance, Technology, Clearing, Legal, and Market Regulation teams. Excellent communication is essential for stakeholder summaries and program design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics).
• 3–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, derivatives, trading, or competitive market analysis.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with experience in large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of pricing strategy for CME Group.
• Design and execute analysis of market and client activity to diagnose issues and incentive programs.
• Coordinate approval, setup, and reporting for multiple derivatives markets across stakeholders.
