Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels and training materials.
• Able to perform stock clerk duties and customer service duties as scheduled.
• Prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File (price change, deletion, new items).
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in computer room (filters, cleaning, UPS checks, power fail drills).
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every 6–8 weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement).
• Adhere to policies & procedures (dress code, grooming, sanitation, harassment laws).
• Work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
