Job summary

The Kroger family of companies is seeking an attentive Store Clerk in Parker, CO to maintain pricing documentation and support daily store operations. You will scan vendors, update weekly ads, keep computers orderly, and ensure accuracy of retail records while upholding safety and company values.

Responsibilities include testing scans, maintaining reports, and supporting customers and associates with a professional approach.

Qualifications

Ability to be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Must read shelf tags, signs, product labels and training materials.
Available for stock clerk and customer service duties as scheduled.
Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
Knowledge of employment laws and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

Check in and test scan all vendors.
Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
Housekeeping in computer room and power backup checks.
Copy PLU File twice a week.
Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
Test scan entire store every 6–8 weeks.
Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, item movement).
Perform other duties as assigned by store manager and scanning supervisors.
Adhere to policies on dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment-free environment.
Work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; weekends and holidays as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
