Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented team member to maintain pricing data, scan and test vendors, and support daily store operations in Centennial, CO. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and clear communication with customers and colleagues.

The position involves routine file maintenance, adherence to policies, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Punctual, tactful, calm, courteous and professional in all interactions.
• Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials and bulletins.
• Availability for stock clerk duties and customer service as scheduled or assigned.
• Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to employment practices, OSHA compliance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File (price change, deletion, new items).
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Housekeeping in computer room, including filters, floor, power backup tests.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Perform other duties as assigned by store manager and scanning supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies & procedures, dress code, grooming, sanitation, and a harassment/discrimination-free environment.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effectively communicate with customers and associates.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
