Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a pricing-oriented professional to support data entry, pricing accuracy, and reporting. You will collaborate with Sales and management to sharpen GM% and pricing strategy.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication skills in a busy office environment. The position is non-exempt, on-site in the Seattle area, with a standard 40-hour week and occasional after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up and follow through with multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain good sales relations.
• Good math aptitude.
• Computer literate in Adobe, Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and support pricing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance of customer rebate and non-rebate contracts.
• Trouble-shoot pricing issues with Sales and Managers.
• Work with Sales to increase GM%.
• General pricing updates.
• Monthly and GM% Reports.
