Job summary

North Coast Electric is seeking an experienced pricing support specialist to handle data entry and maintenance of customer rebate and non-rebate contracts, troubleshoot pricing issues with Sales and Managers, and help with price updates and monthly GM% reporting.

The role works with Sales to improve gross margin, maintain pricing accuracy, and produce regular GM% reports. Typical 40-hour week on site with occasional after-hours as needed.

• Strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain good sales relations.
• Good math aptitude.
• Computer literate in Adobe, Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and support pricing strategy.

What You Will Do

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

• Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
• Continuous phone and computer use
• Lifting, 25 – 35 lbs – office files
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary & Compensation

• This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
• Pay is $25.48/hour - $31.88/hour, DOE.
