Position Summary:

Responsibilities include entering and managing credits, processing sample orders, billing suppliers for chargebacks, and running end-of-month program completion procedures.

Daily/Position Responsibilities:

• Enter driver and manager credits
• Bill suppliers for chargebacks on billpays, programs, credits, samples
• Process and organize supplier billback credits
• Run end-of-month program completion procedures
• Enter supplier and manager samples
• File all program results at end-of-month
• Maintain supplier contact information and chargeback settings in ERP system
• Process 3rd party billpays, adjustments, manual one-off programs, and apply against profitability
• Process grant funding procedures
• Communicate and remedy AR-related chargeback discrepancies with suppliers and management
• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  
  

Education/Experience:

Associate’s degree in management or business or equivalent education and related on-the-job experience

• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to interact with users to determine what the problem is and work with them to solve the problem.
• Ability to find alternative methods to solve problems and issues.
• Ability to analyze workflow and implement methods to achieve assignment completion.
