DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Denver, CO team. You will support sales by contacting existing and potential residential customers, delivering consultative solutions and pricing, and maintaining CRM records to drive revenue.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with defined pay ranges and bonus potential. Employment is full-time and on-site at our Denver location.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities through customer consultations; consultative sales.

• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update CRM and SAM daily.
• Prepare labor, materials, and parts lists for orders.
• Aim to achieve sales objectives and support regional teams.

Inside Sales Representative

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Denver, CO! The Inside Sales Representative should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
• Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions.
• Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field.
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing.
• Maintain and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and SAM daily.
• Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
• Help others in the office and region with product knowledge as needed.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers
• Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred)
• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range: $48,157 USD - $72,236 USD
