Job summary

Cosentino's Price Chopper #121 in Overland Park, KS seeks an Assistant Pricing Manager to ensure accurate store pricing, manage price changes, and support the pricing team. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will supervise pricing staff in the absence of the manager and strive for audit excellence, pricing accuracy, and smooth store operations in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite and 10-key is required.
• Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino’s Learning Plan.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• In absence of Pricing Manager, may supervise the pricing team’s activities in an operationally effective and respectful manner.
• Promote teamwork, high morale, and positive interpersonal communications.
• Pass store audits and achieve minimum scores set by corporate directors.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards to produce desired results.
• Answer vendor and customer questions accurately and courteously.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and involve management when needed.
• Verify price files against shelf price tags for accuracy.
• Operate pricing and scanning equipment properly.
• Ensure signs are clear and correctly placed according to standards.
