Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in food service, retail, and/or grocery store setting.
• Valid driver’s license required for deliveries.
• Food handling permit must be obtained within 14 days of employment.
• Liquor license required prior to first day of work (if applicable).
• Completion of ongoing training per Cosentino Learning Plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of all store departments to be operationally effective and motivating.
• Promote teamwork with high morale and positive interpersonal interactions.
• Provide coaching, corrective actions and performance evaluations.
• Address employee relations issues with Human Resources.
• Hire high quality candidates through effective interviewing.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate to District Manager when needed.
• Maintain Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Manage labor costs to balance service and expenditures.
• Monitor quality across departments.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and promote new items and weekly specials.
