Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity, update shelf signs, and verify weekly ad pricing accurately across departments. You will work in a fast-paced store, ensuring correct signage and pricing to support healthy shopping experiences for customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to interact with customers, coworkers, and vendors while handling varied hours and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Ability to read price tags, create and post signs; good vision and ladder use.
• Must lift up to 17 lbs and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours; crouching/kneeling/squatting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Change shelf signs and promotional signs and ensure compliance.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and pricing signage across departments.
