Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator who ensures price integrity across the store. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price updates, adjust shelf signs and promotional signage, and verify weekly ad pricing accuracy to support pricing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; use a computer to activate pricing; ladder use.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching/kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity through daily, weekly and monthly price changes.
• Change shelf signs, tags, and promotional signage, ensuring accuracy.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and pricing signage across departments.
• Support pricing accuracy to comply with company and governmental regulations.
