Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity and support accurate pricing across store departments. The role requires precision, speed, and strong numerical skills to manage price changes, signs, and promotional pricing with attention to detail.

The position emphasizes customer-facing interaction, teamwork, and adaptability to varied store hours while supporting a healthy, fast-paced retail environment at Sprouts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; use computer to activate pricing; may use a ladder.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs., move boxes up to 8 ft, walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours.
• Able to crouch/kneel/squat to access ground area for up to 50 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity with daily, weekly, and monthly price changes.
• Verify weekly ad price changes and pricing signage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing accuracy in a fast-paced store environment.
