Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity and ensure accurate pricing across the store. This role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and timely updates to shelf signs and promotional pricing.

You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, verify weekly ad price changes, and ensure pricing signage is correct across all departments. The position supports a fast-paced retail environment and customer-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors.
• Ability to read price tags and create/post price signs; basic arithmetic.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs, walk several miles, and use a ladder.
