Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Rates File Maintenance Analyst to join our team in West Chester, PA. You will partner with Sales, Yield Management, and invoicing teams to load customer rates accurately in our internal system and ensure invoices reflect signed pricing agreements.

Responsibilities include auditing invoices, updating pricing letters, and handling Salesforce and API quoting tasks, while maintaining high ethical standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education welcomed.
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Previous LTL pricing, transportation or logistics experience encouraged, not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, countersign and load customer rates into Pyle’s internal system.
• Audit invoices to ensure accuracy against published pricing.
• Update Pricing Letter to reflect current rates and distribute to Sales & Customers as needed.
• Work in Salesforce.
