Job summary

TopRx is seeking a Pricing Specialist in Bartlett, TN. The role focuses on managing customer pricing requests, building quotes, delivering pricing to account managers, and reporting department metrics. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST).

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (preferred) and experience with pricing concepts, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential in supporting sales operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and analyze pricing reports used in pricing levels and decision making.
Evaluate outlier lines not automatically processed through the price management system.
Provide rating based on established criteria and suggest counter pricing.
Escalate to pricing lead/manager when agreed pricing cannot be reached.
Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment.
Maintain strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Meet deadlines and deliver report data for pricing and department activity.
Monitor competitor pricing trends and document prices from the sales team.
Collect and maintain pricing SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
