Priority Worldwide is seeking an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on building accurate and competitive air and ocean freight quotes for a wide range of international shipments, including commercial and government/defense logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding pricing/quoting (air & ocean).
• Strong knowledge of global logistics and transportation modes.
• Confidence negotiating rates with carriers and vendors.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• CargoWise experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with technology and AI-assisted tools for quoting, pricing, or workflow efficiency.
• On-site position; candidates must reside in Greater Baltimore, MD or Los Angeles, CA to be considered.

About the Role

We’re hiring an International Freight Forwarding Quoting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on building accurate and competitive air and ocean freight quotes for a wide range of international shipments, including commercial and government/defense logistics.

Previous freight forwarding or logistics experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates with strong analytical skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
