Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Finance to support estimating and pricing for the ForceX Division in Nashville. You will compile inputs, verify cost principles, and deploy pricing strategies for US Government and commercial bids.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced Excel, and experience with FAR and pricing tools like ProPricer to drive compliant bids and favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Price and Cost Modeling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management with 2+ years of related experience or a Graduate Degree with 1 year experience; or 6 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in strategic pricing, FP&A, general accounting, revenue & cost forecasts, and budget management.
• Experience in contract pricing, program management, contract administration and international procurement/payment terms.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate financial issues to senior management.
• Advanced Excel skills and FAR experience; familiarity with pricing tools like ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cross-functional proposals and bid support.
• Analyze proposal costs, risks, and opportunities during cost & price reviews.
• Communicate and recommend cost and price strategies to meet growth targets.
• Negotiate payment terms with customers as part of proposals.
• Develop business cases to support Price Review processes.
• Build financial models to show alignment with division goals and assist negotiations.
• Prepare financial structures of proposals including investments and revenue recognition.
