Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of related experience (or 6+ years with an associate).
• Experience in proposal cost scrubs, margin analysis or cash flow modeling is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, conditional formatting and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and requirements related to base and optional scope, T&Cs, and pricing formats.
• Incorporate Bills of Materials into financial templates and lead cost analysis activities.
• Perform what-if analyses during pricing meetings and translate findings to customer price pages.
• Educate Sales on financial data for internal reviews and customer meetings.
• Manage post-submittal activities including questions, interviews, scope changes, and negotiations.
