Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Associate, Program Finance to support BOM costing for the Pricing and Estimating organization, ensuring compliance with estimating standards and procedures.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to validate BOMs, assess material needs, and assist with supplier quotes and cost documentation. A finance background and knowledge of government compliance are valued.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with supply chain and budgeting concepts.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP requirements and ground rules.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and PM to validate BOMs.
• Identify material needs, tooling, spares, and other items beyond the baseline BOM.
• Analyze pricing data, populate PBOM, and apply escalation factors.
• Prepare PBOM addendums, schedules, and cost documentation.
• Ensure FAR/TINA compliance and maintain auditable files.
