Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology delivery, data and analytics, or related disciplines.

• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, workflows, customer journeys, and end-user needs to identify opportunities for enhancements and improved user experiences.
• Lead product discovery, design workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, end users, technology partners, and vendor teams.
• Define product vision, priorities, outcomes, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into product capabilities, epics, features, and user stories that support Agile delivery.
• Manage product backlogs and partner with Agile teams through design, build, testing, implementation, and post-release support activities.
