Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Pricing & Profitability Product Manager to drive the evolution of pricing platforms and profitability analysis within the Sales, Credit and Servicing COE.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable product solutions that enhance customer outcomes and business performance. The role requires deep product management fundamentals, the ability to learn complex financial services platforms, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Typically eight+ years in product management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Experience with commercial banking platforms & pricing/product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of pricing and profitability across platforms.
• Lead discovery, workshops, and requirements with stakeholders and vendors.
• Define vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories for Agile delivery.
• Manage backlogs and coordinate with delivery teams through release cycles.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand platform capabilities and schedules.
• Support annual roadmapping and prioritization efforts.
