U.S. Bank is seeking a Pricing & Profitability Product Manager to drive pricing, profitability analysis and related sales enablement within the COE. You will collaborate with Salesforce, nCino, Zafin and other platforms to deliver scalable product solutions that improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong product management fundamentals, the ability to learn complex financial services platforms, and excellent stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience with commercial banking, loan pricing, profitability management, or CRM platforms.
• Ability to learn complex financial services products and enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, workflows, customer journeys and end-user needs.
• Lead pricing, profitability, lending and CRM platform initiatives to improve business performance.
• Run product discovery sessions and translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Backlog management and collaboration with Agile teams through delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with technology, testing and release teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and capacity planning across multiple products.
