Job summary

National CineMedia, LLC is seeking a Manager – Pricing and Planning to lead a regional team of Sales Planners and serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will coordinate advertising proposals across national and local sales, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage pricing, inventory, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related business experience necessary; knowledge of sales, advertising, marketing or related-field industry a must.
• Management/mentorship experience preferred.
• Programmatic experience at a SSP, DSP, Agency, or Publisher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Planners
• Organize projects; prioritize work for self and team and set reasonable timelines
• Maintain team resources and training materials
• Generate and calculate accurate proposals for multiple account directors supporting national, local, and programmatic sales teams
• Develop and maintain the highest level of communication with Sales Management and experienced Sales team to keep proposals competitive while managing pricing and inventory parameters
• Process all proposals that go to order and ensure execution teams are provided all pertinent information
• Attend client meetings as requested by sales
• Collaborate with Sales VPs and Account Executives on client communication
• Mentor and develop the Sales Planning team
