Job summary

Scribe is hiring its first Pricing and Packaging Lead to own the end-to-end P&P strategy across self-serve and enterprise. You’ll partner with product, revenue, marketing, and finance to design monetization experiments that move revenue, retention, and customer value.

Based in San Francisco, you’ll work in a hybrid model, collaborating with engineering to instrument tests and rollout value-driven packaging that scales with our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience owning pricing and packaging or monetization at a software company.
• Ability to run experiments across multiple business segments to optimize outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with rigorous analysis.
• Proven ability to drive change across revenue, marketing, product, and finance without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Pricing and Packaging strategy end-to-end for all products (self-serve and enterprise).
• Redesign enterprise SKU strategy with clear value differentiation and upsell mechanics.
• Design monetization for self-serve and free tiers with value metrics.
• Shape how new product additions are packaged and priced to preserve value realization.
• Collaborate with executives to translate strategy into actionable changes that impact revenue and retention.
