Job summary

Cypress HCM in San Jose, CA is seeking an operations coordinator for the Pricing Frameworks Team on a fixed-term contract (Oct 2026–Apr 2027). The role collaborates with Product Marketing Managers and Business Model Strategy Managers, coordinating with downstream teams to remove barriers and keep processes efficient, especially around SKU and pricing setup for launches.

You will track milestones, report progress, and ensure pricing details flow through quote-to-cash.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Support SKU and pricing setup for product and offer launches and programs.
Coordinate operational tasks across product/offer lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
Validate that pricing and offer details propagate correctly through downstream quote-to-cash processes.
Track and report project milestones and timelines to keep deliverables on schedule.
Communicate requirements and resolve issues with multiple internal stakeholders.
Document processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
