Job summary

Cypress HCM in San Jose, CA is seeking an operations coordinator for the Pricing Frameworks Team on a fixed-term contract (Oct 2026–Apr 2027). The role collaborates with Product Marketing Managers and Business Model Strategy Managers, coordinating with downstream teams to remove barriers and keep processes efficient, especially around SKU and pricing setup for launches.

You will track milestones, report progress, and ensure pricing details flow through quote-to-cash.

• Provide operational support for the Pricing Frameworks Team to help bring product and offer decisions to market.
• Partner with upstream business partners (Product Marketing Managers, Business Model Strategy Managers) and coordinate with downstream teams (technical operations, revenue accounting, deal desk, order management, sales operations, legal counsel, customer care, cloud tech) to remove operational barriers and maintain process efficiency.
• Support SKU and pricing setup for product/offer launches and programs and ensure pricing and offer details flow correctly through quote-to-cash processes.
• Track and report project milestones and timelines, communicate with cross-functional teams, and assist in documenting processes and efficiency improvements.
