PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager for Pricing Operations & Compliance to lead a team responsible for ensuring accurate, timely pricing in negotiated deals. You will partner with Sales, Legal and Pricing Product to support complex arrangements and drive the end-to-end pricing lifecycle.

This role leads end-to-end pricing configuration, validation and contract reconciliation, while advancing Pricing Transformation initiatives and enhancing profitability across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pricing or pricing operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with pricing configuration and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pricing projects across current business trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal and Pricing Product to resolve issues and design processes.
• Analyze data to identify pricing opportunities and propose profitability improvements.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic decisions.
• Drive global process improvements in pricing strategies and structures.
