PayPal Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing Operations to lead a global pricing team and ensure accurate, timely pricing aligned with contracts.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Pricing Product to support complex negotiations and drive transformation initiatives across the pricing lifecycle. The role requires 8+ years of pricing experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Own end-to-end pricing configuration and validation - ensuring price categories are created, assigned and reconciled against executed agreements accurately, on time and in compliance with SOX controls.
• Serve as the primary Pricing Ops partner to Sales, Legal and Pricing Product - supporting complex deal structuring, resolving escalated operational issues and contributing to process design and tooling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pricing projects that require an understanding of current business trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pricing-related issues and implement best practices.
