Job summary

PayPal in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing Operations and Compliance to lead a team responsible for accurate, timely pricing aligned with contracted terms. The role partners with Sales, Legal and Pricing Product to support complex deals and advance Pricing Transformation initiatives.

You will own end-to-end pricing configuration and validation, drive process improvements, and coach pricing analysts to build capability and accountability across the pricing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Legal and Pricing Product.
• Experience leading pricing operations teams.
• Familiarity with SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects informed by current business trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pricing-related issues and implement best practices.
• Analyze data to identify pricing opportunities and recommend adjustments to enhance profitability.
