Job summary

Composites One LLC is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead the Price Analysis team, manage pricing analytics, and oversee price-change processes across all product lines. You will collaborate with Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve margins and profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing/data analysis and 2+ years of people management, with advanced Excel skills and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in pricing and data analysis.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people-management experience.
• Working knowledge of pricing concepts, practices, and analytical techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pricing operations and price change management across product lines.
• Develop pricing analytics and performance reporting to support profitability goals.
• Provide leadership to the Price Analysis team and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
