Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Manager, Pricing Development & New Products to lead pricing strategy, product innovation, and capital markets collaboration for residential solar financing.

You will drive launch pricing for new TPO products, manage dealer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, BD, sales, and operations. Travel up to 20% and occasional in-office schedules at multiple CA/NJ sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field; 8+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytical work at an operating company; 3+ years of people management experience.
• At least 1 year in residential solar financing (lease, loan, or PPA).
• Strong financial modeling skills; ability to communicate complex pricing models to stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present pricing concepts to executives, dealers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, price setting, and launch of new TPO products including prepaid lease/PPA structures.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning to inform pricing Strategies.
• Manage installer/dealer programs and incentive structures to drive volume growth.
• Lead pricing and bidding for New Homes channel; collaborate with BD and Sales on new market segments.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and business for pricing inputs; participate in S&OP processes.
• Support testing and validation of new platform features and pricing tools; ensure high-quality implementation.
• Manage a small team within the Pricing Development function.
