Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Pricing Manager for Trademark in Mendota Heights, MN to own pricing strategy across LTL and TL and manage the RFP lifecycle from opportunity intake to implementation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Carrier Procurement, Operations, Data/Analytics, and executives to build competitive, profitable pricing that supports growth. This role leads pricing best practices and scales the function aligned with KeHE's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the RFP process end to end across LTL consolidation and Truckload brokerage.
• Facilitate bid strategy and review sessions for pricing assumptions and market positioning.
• Build pricing models and proposals balancing probability, growth, and margin.
• Present pricing recommendations and market intelligence to leadership.
• Load and manage awarded volume in pricing systems and track commitments.
