Job summary
KeHE Distributors is seeking a Transportation Procurement Manager to lead and optimize Trademark Transportation's procurement strategy for Truckload and LTL services. You will develop scalable processes, manage carrier onboarding, and drive procurement excellence in a high-growth environment.
The role requires a track record in transportation procurement, carrier negotiations, and leadership, with a focus on safety, compliance, and performance metrics in a dynamic, employee-owned distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field required.
- Experience in truckload procurement and carrier negotiations.
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and transportation compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute transportation procurement strategies across Truckload and LTL services.
- Build and maintain a high-performing carrier network.
- Lead, coach, and develop Procurement and Compliance teams.
