Qualifications

• 6-8 years in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, deal desk.
• Experience in IT services / technology sector.
• Proven support for large-scale bids and deal negotiations.
• AI fluency in business context (use of GenAI / Copilot / analytics tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing for large, complex IT services deals.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned to client value and market benchmarks.
• Build financial models covering cost, revenue, and profitability.
• Design and apply pricing models (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based).
• Translate solutions into quantified business value.
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve pricing insights and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
