Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or related roles.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven recommendations that drive results.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or customer analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pricing, promotions, and revenue optimization initiatives with stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven pricing recommendations by evaluating pricing and performance.
• Design and run experiments, including A/B tests and causal measurement.
• Analyze customer, financial, and market data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain pricing models, forecasts, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Develop segmentation and elasticity analyses to inform pricing decisions.
• Conduct competitive pricing and market analyses to support recommendations.
• Support implementation, validation, and ongoing monitoring across channels.
• Communicate findings and impact to leadership and drive automation.
