The ideal candidate is technically strong, business-minded, and measures success by decision quality and value creation, not just model development.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 7+ years of experience in decision science or related field.
• Proven track record solving complex business problems with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI with high-cardinality data.
• Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, and modern data platforms.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end problem solving for strategic and operational challenges across the enterprise.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, optimization, and forecasting to improve decisions.
• Design experiments and measurement frameworks to quantify impact.
• Build scalable models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Leverage diverse data to uncover enterprise insights for growth.
• Mentor analysts and data scientists in analytical rigor and business application.
