Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or in engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in the field of consulting, analytic pricing, merchandising and/or technology delivery.
• Experience working with analytical topics, data science, data visualization tools and statistics, within CPG, and/or Retail organizations preferred.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.
• Some experience of leading a team, collaborating with or managing junior resources.
• Able to identify requirements and translate into actionable design documentation.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity. Ability and experience to make decisions based on assumptions, data‑led hypothesis testing and pro’s/con’s analysis.
• Experience with managing large scale projects, leading multiple workstreams and working with multiple business stakeholders in a matrixed environment to influence decision‑making.
• Solid understanding and hands‑on experience working with large data sources and proficiency in latest cloud‑based advanced tools and platforms.
• Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and data team to collaboratively design, configure and deliver solutions.
• Able to articulate solutions to stakeholders with different degrees of business and technical knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts/solutions to business partners.

• Collaborate within a team to deliver capabilities that transform client merchandising and pricing strategy.
• Engage with client sponsors to drive user adoption and assist with questions related to solutions and its business impact.
• Work with cross‑functional teams of data scientists, solution analysts, data engineers, and product experts.
